Garbage Room Reminders

Please note the trash room is under surveillance 24 hours a day. 📹 

 

TRASH:

• All trash must be placed in large dumpster and lids must remain down at all times.
• Trash is picked up 3 times a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
•  At NO TIME, trash is to be placed in the trash room outside the bin. This is a violation.

 

RECYCLE:

• All recycle boxes must be broken down and disposed in the proper bin unless it is full.
• If the recycle bin is full, then please place recycle items in trash bin. 
•  AT NO TIME, recycled items are to be placed in the trash room and outside of the bins. This is a violation.

 

LARGE ITEMS DISPOSAL: 

• Large items (furniture, appliances, etc) are NOT to be disposed in the trash room NOR the trash bin at any time. Residents are responsible for disposing such items at the city dump. 
• Every 1st Weekend of Each Month you can drop off your large items at the city dumpster at 140 MacArthur Causeway. Click here for more information from the City of Miami Beach Sanitation Department.
• At NO TIME, large items are to be placed in trash bin or left in trash room. This is a violation.

 

VIOLATION: If a resident disposes of large item, or leaves items outside of bins, and this is not corrected, then a $150 violation fee will be charged to the owner.
