Rental Rules and Procedures

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:

• 1) Request Rental Application
• 2) Complete Rental Application* for each Applicant
• 3) Photo ID
• 5) Sign Rules and Regulation Agreement for each Applicant
• 5) Copy of Lease for Review

 

APPROVAL PROCESS:

• 1 ) Complete ALL fields in the Rental Application for Each Applicant
• 2 ) Submit the required application fee
• 3 ) Undergo a background check
• 4) Review and Sign the Rules & Regulations Overview and Agreement
• 5) Provide references for a reference check.
• 6) Participate in an interview with the Board Members
• 7) If Approved, a welcome approval letter will be submitted

*All information in the application must be accurate.

 

SHORT TERM / AIRBNB 

• Absolutely NO AIRBB or short-term rentals.

VIOLATION: If airBNB or short-term rentals are reported, then the fee of $500 will be charged to the owner.
